​FEEDBACK – YIN yoga TT intensive / march 2017
 
The YIN yoga teacher training with Evolation Yoga Colombia on March 2017, was exactly what I needed and what I was looking for to deep into the YIN world.
 
While attending the 26&2 Hot yoga teacher training with Evolation Yoga Santa Barbara, in February 2016, I got the opportunity to try YIN yoga for the first time.
 
The studio in Sweden where I practice/teach started offering YIN yoga classes no more than 6 months ago, so it is a quite new type of yoga where I live. I attended in total just 7 YIN classes before I decide to take the YIN yoga TT in Colombia.
 
Knowing Torrey Trover from my 26&2 Hot yoga TT (she is one of the YIN teacher trainers), I was quite confident about the quality of her knowledge, from anatomy, patience treatment and teacher experience, to get from this training.
Sarah Elizabeth (the other YIN teacher), was the perfect complement to get a training rich with different yoga teaching and international experiences .
I am so grateful having this wonderful “duo dinamico” as YIN teachers.
 
It has been very helpful to have Catalina and Christian (Evolation Yoga Colombia) available and supportive at all times before, during and after the whole training.
Hopefully they will arrange another ”extended” yin yoga training soon.
 
Carmen de Apicala, where we stayed during the training, just 3 hours from Bogota, was AMAZING. A family owned farm, “finca”, with high standard commodities and very friendly people who made the stay as being at home.
Living closely to ”jungle” nature with a great warm climate made days like a dream.
The food they served was delicious, totally vegetarian and nearby products.
 
For me these 7 days training changed and still is CHANGING my life, as with YIN yoga I get another approach into my physical and emotinal life.
 
So if you are looking for an intensive YIN yoga training, I HIGHLY recommend, Evolation Yoga Colombia to be your choice. No matter you decide to start teaching or deepen into your own practice…Just do it…you won’t regret.
